Please note: Due to hygiene and product safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened packages of hydroponic growing media, grass seed, live plants, or opened bags of landscape rocks.

When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgement email. This email is only an acknowledgement and not an acceptance of your order. The contract for purchase is formed when we send you a confirmation email that your order has been shipped.

Pricing:

All prices are shown in US Dollars. We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already placed.

Payment is deducted when we process your order. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method.

Shipping:

We ship globally, excluding some remote areas and parts of Asia. Shipping options include:

• Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx (10-15 business days after shipment)
• Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50 via EMS (15-25 business days after shipment)

Order processing takes 1-2 business days. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed, as they may be affected by factors beyond our control.

5. Returns and Refunds

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy, we offer returns and exchanges for most items within 15 days of receipt, provided they are:

• In original, unused condition
• In the original packaging with all tags attached
• Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective item or our error. For exchanges, we cover shipping costs for the replacement item.

Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive and inspect returned items. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
