Shipping Information
We ship globally (excluding some remote areas and parts of Asia). Our goal is to process and dispatch your order as quickly as possible so you can get started on your gardening projects.
Order Processing & Delivery Timelines
- Order Processing Time: 1-2 business days.
- Standard Shipping: Shipped via DHL or FedEx.
- Delivery: 10-15 business days after shipment.
- Flat Rate Fee: $12.95
- Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50, shipped via EMS.
- Delivery: 15-25 business days after shipment.
Our Returns & Exchanges Policy
Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a straightforward returns and exchanges process for most items within 15 days of receiving your shipment.
Please Note: To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be:
- In original, unused condition.
- In the original packaging with all tags attached.
- Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.
Non-Returnable Items
To ensure the health and safety of all our customers, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on the following products due to hygiene and product safety reasons:
- Hydroponic Growing Media (opened packages)
- Grass Seed (opened packages)
- Live Plants (e.g., Indoor Plants, Garden Flowers)
- Opened bags of Landscape Rocks
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Follow these simple steps to process your return or exchange:
- Contact Our Team: Email us at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and details about the product.
- Receive Authorization: Our customer service team will respond within 1-2 business days with a Return Authorization Number and instructions.
- Package Your Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging, including all parts and accessories.
- Ship Your Return: Mail the package to our returns center at the address provided. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
Return Shipping & Refunds
Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective item or our error.
- For exchanges, we will cover the shipping costs to send your replacement item.
Refund Information
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 3-5 business days.
- Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
- PayPal: 3-5 business days for the refund to process.
Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Damaged or Defective Items
